DELIVERY IN UAE:
In Dubai we offer a rate of 15 AED per delivery and 20 AED per delivery for the other Emirates. We offer free delivery in the Emirates for any order from 250 AED and above.
You will be contacted by the courier to confirm a time for delivery. Your order should reach you within 3 working days (except for the remote area's we only deliver on scheduled basis and an extra charge of 20 AED will be applicable)
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Should the item be wrong, defective or damaged during shipping, I'll be happy to change it. The product should be unwashed, unused, tagged and in its original shipping condition.
Kindly let me know within 3 days via the contact form (or whatsap 050/774 6286) and mention your name and order number. If accepted I will send a courier on my behalf to pick up the item.
You can choose to exchange or to be refunded but refunds can take up 10 to 45 days (depending on your bank) to be processed to the original mode of payment.
If you're not sure about the size please contact me and I'll be happy to assist you.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Do you need a last minute present?
For urgent deliveries in the UAE please contact me on +971(0) 50 774 6286 and I will do my very best to help you. Note that on the same day deliveries are possible in Dubai and Sharjah but for the other Emirates the fastest delivery will be the next day (except for the remote area's we only deliver on scheduled basis). An extra 10 AED will be charged for an urgent delivery.
